中文摘要: 本项目面对江苏村镇建设的实际需求,从地方建造中利用建筑表皮对室内环境进行主动控制的优秀实例入手,运用科学方法分析体系化表皮的环境控制效能及其与地方建造体系的关系,通过对体系化表皮的优化设计和示范性实践,实现节能低碳、富有风貌特色的可持续建筑设计方法。本项目的研究重点是:1)在村镇经济社会技术条件下,利用体系化表皮综合处理内外环境条件和环境需求;2)研究体系化表皮提供的多种控制方式,发展体系化表皮的适应性和用户化优点;3)探索结合地方建造的体系化表皮设计方法,实现传统技术的现代更新。在应用上,本项目遵循地域性、适用技术和节能低碳的设计思路,通过示范性实践对体系化表皮的建造技术、节能策略和作用机理进行探索和验证,实现针对综合性能的设计优化。本项目将提出综合节能与风貌的设计优化方法,具有指导当代村镇建筑设计的现实意义和拓展地域建筑与气候适应性研究视角的学术价值。

英文摘要: This project addresses the actual needs of rural construction in Jiangsu province. It starts with the cases of regional constructions using building surface to allow active controls on interior environment. It then use scientific methods to analyze the performances of environmental control enabled by the systemized surface as well as its relation to regional construction systems. It will use design optimization and exemplary practice to apply the rules of the systemized surface in order to develop a design methodology for the sustainable architecture of low-energy and low-carbon emission but abundant in local characteristics. This project will focus on: 1) How to use the systemized surface to synthesize exterior and interior environmental conditions and environmental requirements, under the economic, social and technical conditions of towns and villages? 2) Examine the multiple control options provided by the systemized surface to explore its potential in adaptability and customization. 3) Develop a design methodology of the systemized surface based on regional construction, to reactivate traditional design technologies. In terms of application, this project follows the principles of regionalism, affordable technology and sustainable design, and use exemplary practice to explore and verify the building techniques, sustainable strategies and functional rationale of the systemized surface and targets at the design optimization of total performance. This project will propose a method of design optimization that combines energy-saving and local characteristics. It will inform the contemporary architectural design in towns and villages, as well as extend the research horizon of regional architecture and climate adaptability.
