中文摘要: 覆盖洞的存在对无线传感器网络服务质量的保证造成危害,但现有二维无线传感器网络的覆盖洞修补算法难以直接应用于三维模型,离现实应用有一定距离。本项目将研究三维的表面覆盖模型上的无线传感器网络覆盖,通过移动节点修补混合无线传感器网络中的覆盖洞。研究内容包括表面覆盖模型上的传感器覆盖模型、移动传感器在混合网络中的分布密度、网络边界节点识别和区分、覆盖洞测量、覆盖洞消息扩散、以及移动传感器的移动规划等科学问题。项目将评测现有三维空间的传感器覆盖模型在曲面上的覆盖效果,以建立传感器在曲面上的覆盖模型,并结合曲面上的覆盖洞出现概率计算移动传感器在混合无线传感器网络中的分布密度。通过曲面局部平面化技术识别网络边界节点,并从中区分出覆盖洞边界节点,发现覆盖洞。通过计算节点对之间在曲面上的测地距获得覆盖洞面积。通过解决三维空间点着色问题设计覆盖洞消息的发送路由,并设计覆盖洞消息结构以指导移动传感器的移动。

英文摘要: The Quality of Service provided by a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) can not be guaranteed with the existence of coverage holes. However, existing coverage hole healing algorithms are usually built on two-dimensional network models and can hardly be used in realistic applications directly. This project will study the WSN coverage problem on a three-dimensional surface coverage model and uses mobile sensors to heal the coverage holes in a Hybrid WSN. The scientific problems to be studied on the surface coverage model in the project are: sensor’s coverage model, mobile sensor’s density in the hybrid network, recognition and differentiation of boundary nodes, measurement of coverage holes, spreading of coverage-hole-messages, and movement programming of mobile sensors. This project will evaluate the coverage effects provided by the coverage models from the three-dimensional space coverage problem and build an appropriate one on the surface coverage model, in order to calculate mobile sensor’s density in a Hybrid WSN with the probability of occurrence of the coverage holes. It will recognize the boundary nodes of the WSN by flattening part of the surface and differentiate the nodes on the boundary of the coverage holes out from them, in order to discover the coverage holes. The area of the coverage holes will be obtained from calculating the geodesic distance between two nodes on the surface model. The project will design routing paths for the coverage-hole-messages from the solution of a three-dimensional space node coloring problem. The contents of the coverage-hole-messages will guide the movement of the mobile sensors.
