中文摘要: 对石墨烯材料的电化学、电学、光学等性质的研究和利用已趋于成熟,而对其电化学发光性质研究还处于探索阶段。现有的石墨烯材料电化学发光效率较低,难以用于实际。本项目拟以石墨烯量子点为研究对象,制备不同大小、不同表面性质的石墨烯量子点,研究其电化学发光性质,考察量子点尺寸及表面性质与其电化学发光行为的关系;选择表面活性剂(如聚乙二醇)、具有较大共轭平面的助色物质(如亚甲基蓝)、金属纳米材料(如纳米金)等多种功能化试剂/材料对其表面进行适当修饰,以提高发光效率,并探讨功能化方式对石墨烯量子点电化学发光性质的影响机制;基于功能化石墨烯量子点电化学发光特性构置高性能的生物传感器,并建立凝血酶、乙肝病毒、甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原等疾病标志物的电化学发光分析新方法;该项目丰富了石墨烯材料特性研究的内容,为建立高性能的电化学发光生物传感新方法提供了借鉴,也为新型纳米材料的开发利用提供了新的思路。

英文摘要: For graphene materials, the researches and utilizations of their electrical, optical and electrochemical properties have become more and more mature, while the researches of the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) properties are still in initial stage. The ECL efficiency of present graphene materials are low and difficult to be applied actually. In this study, we focus on graphene quantum dots (GQDs), attempt to prepare of GQDs with different size, different surface properties, and study the ECL properties, investigation the relationship between the size and surface properties and ECL behavior of GQDs. In order to improve the luminous efficiency, surfactant (such as polyethylene glycol), functional molecule with larger conjugate planar (such as methylene blue), metal nanometer materials (such as nano gold) and other kinds of functionalized reagent/material was chosen to modified the surface of GQDs, and the influence mechanism of the functionalization way to its ECL properties was discussed. Based on the ECL properties of the functionalized GQDs, biosensors with high-performance will be fabricated for the determination of thrombin, alpha-fetoprotein, carcinoembryonic antigen and other disease markers.
