中文摘要: 环境样品基体复杂,待测物质浓度低,需快速、高选择性、灵敏的分析方法。本项目利用新型多孔材料咪唑酯骨架结构(ZIFs)稳定、高孔隙率、孔径可调、易修饰的特点,以及石墨烯独特的二维平面结构和强疏水特性,结合磁分散固相萃取技术,开展了基于新型萃取介质ZIFs、ZIFs与石墨烯复合材料(ZIFs/GP)的磁性分散固相萃取-色谱联用技术在复杂环境样品持久性有机污染物分析中的应用研究。研究内容包括:室温快速自组装磁性ZIFs及ZIFs/GP纳米多孔材料的方法研究;不同性质萃取介质的设计及萃取选择性研究;建立实际样品中痕量分析的快速分析方法。该方法集成高选择性萃取介质、快速简便的磁分离技术及高灵敏度的色谱检测技术于一体,为环境样品中痕量有机物分析提供快速灵敏、高效准确、环境友好的分析方法。

英文摘要: Due to the trace amount of target analytes and the complicated matrix, it is necessary to develop a fast, high selectivity and sensitive analytical method for determination of trace organic pollutants in environmental samples. Based on the unusual properties of zeolite imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs) such as remarkable water and solvent stability, permanent porosity, chemical tunable structure and easy modification, and the fascinating two-dimensional structure and strong hydrophobic property of graphene, magnetic ZIFs and ZIFs/graphene composites were synthesized and used for rapid determination of persistent organic pollutants in environmental samples coupled with chromatographic technology. The main contents include that the facile preparation of magnetic ZIFs and ZIFs/GP porous materials at room temperature, the design of different functional materials and the research on selective adsorption mechanism , their application for magnetic solid-phase extraction of trace organic compounds in environmental samples.
