中文摘要: 心力衰竭是临床常见的病症,发病率也正逐年升高,其主因是冠心病,尤其以心肌梗死后所致的慢性心力衰竭,其一系问题为国内外研究所重视。我们对心梗后心衰心气虚证这个临床常见证型进行了深入的研究,首先我们建立心血瘀的动物模型,就心血瘀证向心气虚时相关因素的转变进行分析,包括一般情况、心功能、神经内分泌、心肌形态及心肌细胞死亡方式等,特别是细胞死亡方式,我们利用采用透射电镜、免疫组化、免疫荧光等不同方法,观察心肌细胞胀亡、自噬性细胞死亡和细胞凋亡的形态学特征,及其三者的共存方式、时空变化和分布规律,明确三种细胞死亡方式在心血瘀证、心气虚证及其证型转化过程中不同时间段所起作用的重要程度,深入揭示该病证模型因瘀致虚的发病机制,为临床治则治法的调整提供参考依据,从而进一步提高中医药防治慢性心衰水平,充分体现中医"既病防变"治未病思想。

英文摘要: Heart failure is a common cardiovascular disease following higher and higher morbidity,and the major course of heart failure is coronary heart disease , especially the myocardial infarction .We did further research on the Heart-Qi Deficiency Syndrome of heart failure caused by myocardial infarction .First of all we set up the animal model of the Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome ,and anylyzed the elements that are related to the syndrome transformation from Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome to Heart-Qi Deficiency Syndrome including general situation,cardiac function,neuroendocrine,the morphological characteristic and cell death. Especialy cell death,we used electron microscopy,immmunohistochemistry and immunoflurescence to detect the morphological characteristic of oncosis,apoptosis and autophagic cell death and the relationship among coexistence,temporal spatial variation and distribution. We wanted to understand the importance of the three of them at different time in the process of the transformtion among Heart-Qi Deficiency Syndrome ,Blood Stasis Syndrome and other syndromes. we can further discover the mechanism of the syndrme transformation from weakness to stasis and provide the proofs of the therapeutical principle and methods. Oncosis,apoptosis and autophagic cell death,which can promot the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure and indicate the thinking of preventing disease from exacerbating in terms of TCM completely .
