中文摘要: 本项目以一个典型聚合反应实例- - 双酚A缩聚反应生产过程为研究对象,针对反应过程中的质量指标(如反应物浓度、转化率、催化剂活性等)无法直接在线测量,难以实现高质低耗的工程问题,研究新的建模及推理控制理论与方法,主要内容1)采用机理建模与统计辨识建模相结合方法,利用提升技术和多项式变换建立聚合反应过程模型,结合递阶辨识和多新息辨识,提出计算量小、易于实现的参数辨识方法;2)研究估计模型的在线校正和补偿方法,提出能抑制过程干扰的辨识新方法,并研究辨识方法的收敛性能;3)基于获得的过程模型,采用Sigma点法和自适应机制,提出不确定优化推理控制系统的理论与方法;4)将提出的理论和方法推广应用于双酚A 生产装置,实现生产过程的质量指标在线检测和推理控制。本项目属于应用基础研究,其目标是解决一类存在不可测输出变量的复杂化工过程的模型化和推理控制问题,研究成果在我国流程工业生产过程具有广泛的推广前景。

英文摘要: This project tries to study some new methods for modeling and inferential control to take a typical polymerization reaction for example-Bisphenol A polycondensation reactions as the research object. In allusion to the practical engineering problems that some quality indexes ( such as the reactant content, conversion ratio, catalyst activity, etc.) can not be online measured and be difficult to achieve high quality and low energy consumption in the production process, the study looks at the following key contents: 1) Combine the mechanism modeling and statistical modeling and use the lifting technique and the polynomial transforms to establish the mathematic model for a complex polymerization reaction process, and a parameter identification method which is less calculation and easier to realize is proposed by integrating the theories of hierarchical identification and multi-innovation identification. 2) Study online revising method and compensating technique for the model so as to advance a new modeling approach inhibiting interference and research its convergence. 3) Study a theory and method of inferential optimization control for the uncertain system using Sigma point method and the idea of adaptive based on the process model which is obtained by previous method. 4) The proposed theory and method will be a
