中文摘要: 无缝钢管被广泛应用于汽车、航空、石油、化工、建筑、锅炉和军工等各个部门,在国民经济中具有很重要的地位,故被人们称为工业的血管。随着经济的快速发展,无缝钢管的使用领域在不断扩大,对产品质量的要求也越来越高。项目拟利用钢厂丰富的生产数据,结合现场的实际生产工艺情况,利用改进的统计学方法和先进控制算法,来建立连轧钢管的质量模型,控制和提高无缝钢管的产品质量,进而降低其加工损耗和生产成本。而且该项目的实际应用成本较低,且与现有技术相互兼容、互不影响,使得该技术很容易在各大钢厂进行推广应用,经济价值和社会效益明显。项目属于数据驱动技术与工业实际生产相结合的研究课题。从理论上看,解决无缝钢管生产过程的建模与控制问题涉及非线性间歇过程建模、批次生产过程的智能控制等学科分支,因此,本项目的研究具有较大的实际意义和学术价值。

英文摘要: The tube hollow is widely used in automobile manufacture, aviation industry, petrochemical industry, construction industry, boiler manufacture , military industry and some other departments, which is very important in national economy, so it's called "the blood of the industry".As the economy is developing rapidly, the applying field is enlarging and requirement of the product quality is becoming much higher.Project intends to use steel plant wealth of production data, combined with the actual production process, use of improved statistical methods and advanced control algorithms, to build rolling steel pipe quality model. It controls and improves the quality of seamless steel pipe, reduces the loss of its processing and production costs.The project has Lower actual cost, is compatible with existing technologies, non-impact, makes the technology very easy in the popularization and application of steel, economic value and social benefits significantly.It is a data-driven study of combination of technology and industrial production.Solving process of seamless steel tube production problems involving nonlinear modeling and control of batch process modeling, intelligent control discipline for batch production branch in theory, so this study on the project of greater practical importance and academic value.
