中文摘要: 低温磁性微波器件(环行器、隔离器等)是射电天文接收机前端系统关键器件,应用于液氦、液氮温区的高灵敏度射电天文接收机前端主动元件之间的隔离、信号的多路复用等目的。该技术是我国射电天文技术领域的空白,成为射电天文接收机技术发展的一个障碍。本项研究旨在该领域已有基础上探索低温磁性微波器件的关键技术,发展具有特色的低温、宽带铁氧体微波器件,并推进该技术的天文观测应用。本项目研究内容包括:新型复合材料磁性微波器件的设计方法;铁电-铁磁复合材料的制备;铁氧体材料以及铁电-铁磁复合材料电磁参数的低温特性以及低温隔离器的集成装配和低温性能调试。新型铁电-铁磁复合材料的应用,将突变低温磁性器件的小型化的困难,同时也可能开辟低温电子器件研究的新领域。

英文摘要: Cryogenic magnetic devices such as circulator and isolator are the key components of the radio astronomic receiver system. They are usually applied in the front end of the radio astronomic receiver to achieve the stage matching and isolation. The technical problem of demanding prompt solution is the achievement of compact and broadband cryogenic isolator to meet the demand of the developing radio astronomic receiver. To achieve the new cryogenic device, three of the most crucial technologies will be investigated in this project, namely preparation of the ferroelectrics-ferromagnetic composite material, temperature dependent performance of the ferrite and composites, integration and assembly of the cryogenic device as well as performance testing. The application of the new composite material would break through the bottleneck of the development of cryogenic compact magnetic device,and maybe open up a new research field of the cryogenic electronic device.
