中文摘要: 随着国民生产总值的提高,居民生活能耗快速增加。作为城市生活环境的重要组成,城市空间结构对居民能耗有很大影响。阐明城市空间结构对居民能耗的作用机理,估算所有生活能耗,基于能耗和生活质量评价和优化空间结构对于城市低碳发展具有重要的科学意义。本项目以深入分析城市空间结构和社会经济属性对个人能耗的影响机理为基础,以个人生活能耗估算为主线,以个人消费行为为桥梁,建立结合城市空间结构和社会经济属性影响的个人所有生活能耗估算模型,为城市空间结构的评价与优化奠定基础。基于经济学的效用理论,定量表达个人生活质量水平,建立综合生活质量和能耗量的个人能耗效率指标,客观评价和优化城市空间结构。本项目预期成果主要包括:1)个人所有生活能耗估算新模型;2)能耗效率新指标;3)基于能耗效率最优化的城市空间结构优化新方法。项目成果对城市规划与低碳管理具有重要的科学意义和现实意义。

英文摘要: Living energy consumption of the civil department increases rapidly with the improvement of GNP. As an important factor of urban environment, urban spatial structure greatly influences the residential living energy consumption. Therefore, clarifying the influence mechanism and estimating living energy consumption have significant scientific meaning for urban spatial structure assessment and optimization. Based on the analysis of influence mechanism, this project tries to develope a model to estimate residential living energy consumption by considering the influence of urban spatial structure and other social-economic factors. The quality of life can be expressed by utility from a microeconomic viewpoint. An index of energy consumption efficiency is developed to evaluate the ratio of estimated energy consumption and utility. Energy consumption efficiency is an important index for urban spatial structure assessment and optimization. Main research results of this project includes: 1) a new model for individual living energy consumption estimation; 2) a new index of energy consumption efficiency; 3) a new method for urban spatial structure assessment and optimization.
