中文摘要: 近年来京津冀地区大气细粒子PM2.5和O3的浓度呈日趋升高态势,挥发性有机物(VOCs)对大气O3和二次PM2.5的生成起重要作用,准确可靠的人为源VOCs源清单是研究该地区大气复合污染应对机制的基础和关键,但目前缺乏对已有源清单的质量和不确定性的系统综合分析。本研究基于已有研究结果,针对京津冀地区VOCs排放源构建出点源面源相结合的适合城市与区域的人为源VOCs排放源分类体系与编制方法;建立典型人为源VOCs排放现场采样方法和排放因子测试系统,在京津冀地区开展本土化排放因子和源成分谱的现场测量研究;构建该地区人为源VOCs排放因子数据库和活动水平数据库,进而建立该地区高时空分辨率人为源VOCs源清单。研究基于环境空气中VOCs受体浓度应用源解析技术校验VOCs源清单的验证方法,研究应用空气质量模型验证VOCs及其化学组分的排放量与空间分布的验证方法,以系统综合分析建立的源清单的不确定性。

英文摘要: The concentrations of fine particle (PM2.5) and ozone (O3) in recent years in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region showed a trend of significant growth. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) play an important role in the production of O3 and secondary organic aerosol. An accurate emission inventory of anthropogenic VOCs is the key issue to future establish effective control measures to reduce the complex air pollution problem in this region. However, previous VOCs emission inventories lack systematic analysis about their quality and uncertainty. In this study, the classical system of anthropogenic VOCs emission sources of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was developed based on the result of previous studies, which is combined with point and area sources; a sampling method and a emission factor test system for typical anthropogenic VOC sources were established, which were used to measure the localize emission factors and source profiles of VOCs; a localize emission factor database and an activity data database were developed, which were used to establish the emission inventory of anthropogenic VOCs. We will study the method to evaluate the emission inventory by source apportionment based on the ambient VOCs concentration; we will study the method to evaluate the emissions and spatial distribution of VOCs and their chemical components by air quality model. Based on the method above, we can systematically analyze the uncertainties of the emission inventory established in this study.
