中文摘要: 煤炭的能源主体地位与日益严重的环境污染需要煤炭的绿色发展,实现这一目标离不开政府有效的政策引导与企业科学的决策支撑。因此,本课题将环境约束、治污成本与收益纳入煤炭市场的研究范畴,系统研究煤炭市场的运行机理,在此基础上借鉴基于Angent的计算实验经济学研究方法,构建基于主体的煤炭市场仿真模型,并研发煤炭市场仿真平台,将理论研究成果工具化。利用煤炭市场仿真平台,能够设计不同的实验情景,在不同的情景下对不同的煤炭清洁利用政策进行仿真,基于仿真实验结果的对比研究,设计不同情景下更为有效的政策工具。同时,通过仿真平台开发有关煤炭产量、生产布局以及煤炭运销等方面优化决策的交互式仿真工具,为微观经营决策提供科学的支撑。最终,通过基于煤炭市场仿真平台的宏观和微观绿色决策技术的创新,实现降低污染、提升效率的绿色发展目标。

英文摘要: Coal as the main energy sources and the increasingly serious of environment pollution need green development of coal, which cannot be realized without effective policies of government guiding and scientific decision of the enterprises. Therefore, this topic took into account the environmental constraints, costs and benefits of the pollution for coal market study, and systematic studied the coal market operation mechanism, and then based on all above, this topic built a simulation model about the main body of the coal market and developed the coal market simulation platform by using calculation of experimental economics research methods learned from Agent model, finally, the academic research was applied to tools. Leveraging the platform can design different experiments, which can be used for different clean coal utilization policies, through the comparison of experiment results, we can work out effective policy in different situations. At the same time, using the platform to development interactive simulation tool for optimization decision-making about coal production, production layout and coal transportation, etc. to provide scientific support for the micro management decisions. Eventually, we can realize the goal of green development for reducing pollution and increasing the efficient based on the micro and macro decision-making of green technology innovation of coal market.
