中文摘要: 本项目以风电机组独立变桨控制系统为背景,研究含有随机和模糊双重不确定性特征的概率模糊建模与协调优化控制理论与方法。主要内容包括:1)概率模糊模型描述与推理方法研究,重点研究包含模糊和随机不确定性表达机制的系统模型新结构,以及低概率信息损失和低计算量的集合表达、推理和反模糊化新方法。2)系统概率模糊模型的离线辨识方法研究。利用含有噪声的采样数据,融合概率支持向量机、模糊聚类和数据滤波技术,研究模型离线辨识方法。3)系统模型参数的在线辨识与优化。针对系统参数时变性,建立不确定性覆盖度和模型逼近精度评价指标,研究基于快速递归算法(FRA)、协调搜索技术(HS)的模型在线辨识和优化方法。4)基于概率模糊模型的协调优化控制方法:针对变桨控制系统的多工况运行、多变量耦合和执行器约束的问题,以抑制桨叶受力载荷、减小风轮转矩波动、稳定输出电功率为目标,提出基于多目标优化和分步协调机制的模糊控制新方法。

英文摘要: The project is based on Wind Turbine independent pitch control system, studying the method and theory of the Probability and fuzzy modeling and coordination optimization control, containing random and fuzzy uncertainty characteristics. Main content includes: 1)Research of probability fuzzy model description and reasoning method, mainly include the new structure of the fuzzy and random uncertainty expression mechanism, and the new method of system model and low probability information loss and low computation set expression, inference and defuzzication. 2)Research of off-line identification method of fuzzy probability model. Using the sampling data containing noises, fusion probability of support vector machine (SVM), fuzzy clustering and data filtering technology, to study the model offline identification method. 3)online identification and optimization of system parameters. For time-varying parameters of the system, we establish the uncertainty coverage approximation precision evaluation index and model, the study was based on the model of fast recursive algorithm (FRA), Harmony search (HS) technology online identification and optimization method. 4)Coordinated optimization control method based on probabilistic fuzzy model: For the problem of pitch control system, including multivariable coupling and actuator constraint, to suppress the blade stress load, reduce the wind turbines torque fluctuation, stabilize output power as the goal, we put forward a new method of fuzzy control based on multi-objective optimization and coordination mechanism.
