中文摘要: 研究表明,富勒烯具有缺电子烯烃的性质,容易接受电子与亲核试剂发生亲核加成反应,目前研究较多的是富勒烯与含碳亲核试剂的加成反应,而与含氧亲核试剂(如羟基负离子和甲氧基负离子等亲核试剂)的加成反应的研究报道却较少。本申请项目拟以我们近期有关C60及其衍生物与含氧亲核试剂的加成反应的研究结果为基础,采用C70、C60衍生物进一步研究富勒烯与含氧亲核试剂的加成反应,探讨含氧亲核试剂的反应性质,阐明其与富勒烯反应过程中的作用和反应机理,揭示反应过程中氧原子加成位置空间选择性规律,探寻其可能存在的其它新型反应,并研究由这些新型反应而获得的新颖富勒烯衍生物的结构和性质。该项目的开展对于丰富富勒烯化学、合成具有新颖结构的富勒烯衍生物、拓展其合成制备方法及种类具有重要意义。

英文摘要: In synthetic chemistry, it has been well konwn that fullerene is electron-deficient and could react toward nucleophiles. However, the so far well-established nucleophilic reactions for fullerenes are mostly concentrated on carbon nucleophiles, while nucleophilic reactions with oxygen nucleophiles such as hydroxide and alkoxides have scarcely been studied to date. Base on the recent study of the nucleophilic reactions of C60 and its derivatives with oxygen reacgents, in this item, we will further investigate the reactions of fullerenes with oxygen nucleophiles using C70 and C60 derivatives as the strating materials to probe into the reaction activity and the roles played by oxygen nucleophiles, which is important to clarify the mechanisms and the regioselectivity of oxygen atom attached on the fullerenes. Forthermore, we will study the structures and properties of these novel fullerene derivatives with the special structures.So this item will become of importance to synthesize fullerene derivatives with special structures and enrich the synthesis methods and species of these fullerene derivatives.
