中文摘要: 氮杂环卡宾(NHC)具有独特的有机催化功能,是近几年兴起的研究热点。与醛形成的homoenolate和enolate中间体的环加成反应,是NHC有机催化反应的一个重要分支。但由于亲电体类型有限,这个领域的发展受到了很大的限制。本项目拟研究协同效应在三元杂环扩环反应中的应用,拟利用路易斯酸(LA)活化环氧乙烷类、环氮乙烷类和氧代亚胺类等三元杂环亲电体,通过NHC/LA协同催化研究homoenolate和enolate中间体与三类新型亲电体之间的环加成反应,考察NHC/LA协同催化体系的活化效应和导向效应对该类反应的影响,并利用DFT计算进行反应机理研究,建立反应的DFT模型。本项目的实施有望为新型亲电体的寻找和NHC/LA协同催化体系的研究提供一定的理论指导和实验依据。

英文摘要: N-Heterocyclic carbene (NHC) organocatalysis is an ongoing study in the past few years. The cyclization of homoenolate/enolate intermediate is a mile stone in the development of NHC organocatalysis. However, the development was limited by electrophile classes. In this project, we are proposed to investigate cooperative effects in ring expansion reactions of three-membered heterocycles. Lewis acid (LA) is employed to activate three-membered heterocycles of oxirane/aziridine/oxaziridine derivatives. We will focus on the cyclization reactions of homoenolate/enolate with these three-membered heterocycles to inspect activating effect and guiding effect in the reactions. Mechanistic study will also be investigated by density functional theory (DFT) calculation. The implementation of this project is expected to provide some theoretical guidance and experimental basis for seeking new electrophile classes and study of NHC/LA cooperative catalysis.
