中文摘要: 土壤胶体磷运移与有机肥输入之间的内在响应关系已成为土壤环境学研究领域的一个新热点。稻田系统干湿交替频繁、磷素转化复杂,阐明有机肥输入下稻田土壤胶体磷赋存形态及运移机理,对合理利用有机肥、减排农田污染物至关重要,但至今仍然缺乏基于田间尺度的数据信息。本项目拟基于有机肥施用稻田长期定位试验,通过应用同步辐射X射线吸收近边结构谱(XANES)、微区X射线荧光光谱分析(μ-XRF)等现代分析技术,从分子水平上表征有机肥施用下的土壤胶体磷赋存形态,探索土壤胶体磷的流失潜能和迁移能力,获取土壤胶体磷在径流、淋溶等途径上的流失分配规律和迁移特征(强度与通量),揭示有机肥施用影响稻田土壤胶体磷环境行为的深层机制,为有机肥施用农地土壤中的生源要素优化管理与调控提供前瞻式理论依据。

英文摘要: The inherent relationship between soil colloidal phosphorus and organic fertilizer input has been a new hotspot in the research area of soil environment. Since drying and rewetting is frequent in rice ecosystems, phosphorus transformation in rice fields are complicated. To understand the mechanism of soil colloidal phosphorus transformation and transference in organic fertilizer applied rice fields is extremely important for the guidance of organic fertilizer application and agricultural nonpoint source pollution control. However, there is still less farm-scale data on the soil colloidal phosphorus to date. In this research, a long term organic fertilizer applied field experiment are conducted to show the effects of organic fertilizer application on the presenting characteristics of soil colloidal facilitated phosphorus variations. In which, the advanced technology of XANES and μ-XRF will be employed in the analysis of surface characteristics of soil colloidal phosphorus at molecular level. Importantly, movability of soil colloidal phosphorus via vertical leaching, lateral seepage, and surface runoff from rice fields will be involved in our research. Besides, the relationship between soil physi-chemical properties and soil colloidal phosphorus variations will be furtherly analysed. To sum up, our research result
