中文摘要: 混合基质膜是一类由有机聚合物基质和无机填充物共同构成的新型复合膜材料。它兼具有机膜和无机膜两者的优点,适用于多种膜分离过程,因而是目前膜领域的研究热点。本项目借鉴沸石纳米片的最新研究成果,拟开展超薄沸石纳米片填充的新型混合基质膜的研究工作,利用填充物的二维纳米结构特点促使渗透物分子选择通过,提高混合基质膜的分离性能。选择由单分子层或几个分子层构成的FAU型沸石纳米片作为填充物材料,开发沸石纳米片的可控合成路线与便捷有效的填充成膜方法,实现沸石纳米片在基质中的均匀分散及两相间的有效结合。通过对此类新型混合基质膜微观结构的表征和CO2、N2、CH4等探针分子渗透传输性能的测定,探究其构效关系问题和传质机理模型。相关研究成果对于高性能混合基质膜的设计开发及其在CO2气体脱除与回收领域的应用都将起到十分重要的推动作用。

英文摘要: Mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) are a new group of complex membranes which consist of organic polymer matrixes and inorganic fillers. MMMs become hot in membrane research as they combine the edges of organic and inorganic membranes and apply to a variety of membrane separation process. With the recent advances of zeolite nanosheets, this project employs ultra-thin zeolite nanosheets as fillers to develop a new type of MMMs, aiming to improve the separation performance by the prompted selective permeation of molecules through fillers with two-dimensional nanostructures. FAU-type zeolite nanosheets corresponding to one single unit cell or several unit cells are used as fillers. A controllable synthesis route of zeolite nanosheets and facile filling method are developed to achieve a homogeneous distribution of zeolite nanosheets in the matrixes and close integration of two phases. By means of micro-structural characterizations and permeability tests of probe molecules like CO2, N2, CH4, et al., we can investigate the structure-activity relationships and mass transfer models of the as-synthesized MMMs. The results will not only provide the guidance to design and develop high-performance MMMs, but also greatly promote their practical applications in the removal and recovery of CO2.
