中文摘要: 为了开发新型印染废水处理技术,使用反胶束萃取法对阴离子染料进行移除和回收。首先选择几种常用的表面活性剂和有机溶剂制备不同种类的反胶束体系,并对其结构和性能进行表征。接着使用反胶束萃取法对阴离子染料进行移除和回收,考察染料与表面活性剂之间的作用机理及染料的移除效果,研究不同结构染料在反胶束体系中与表面活性剂之间的吸附行为以及相关动力学问题,建立相关吸附模型。使用离子交换反应模型模拟染料在反胶束萃取过程中的移除行为,并得出离子交换反应的平衡常数以及离解反应平衡常数。然后确定染料在反胶束体系中的存在状态和移除机理。同时确立阴离子染料的结构与表面活性剂吸附性能之间的关系,考察染料在反胶束反萃取过程中的回收机理。最后对回收的阴离子染料的染色性能进行评价。这将为反胶束萃取技术在阴离子染料移除和回用中的应用提供较为完善的理论基础和科学支撑。

英文摘要: In order to develop new treatment techniques for printing and dyeing wastewater, reversed micellar extraction was used for removal and reused of anionic dyes in this work. The reverse micelles were prepared with surfactants and organic solvent by injecting small amount of aqueous solution. Some research methods were employed to evaluate the structure and properties of reverse micelles. Then reversed micellar extraction for removal and reuse of anionic dyes were carried out, respectively. The removal mechanism was examined. The adsorption behavior between dyes and surfactants was investigated, and the adsorption kinetics was also discussed. The equilibrium constant of reaction model for ion exchange and dissociation between dye and surfactants were obtained. In addition, the existing state of dyes and removal mechanism were established. The adsorption capacity of dyes and surfactants were also studied. Finally, the dyeing properties of reused dyes were evaluated. The important theoretical basis will be provided for practical application to the removal and reuse of dyes by the reversed micellar extraction.
