中文摘要: 海上浮式风机整机刚柔混合系统的动力学建模是其设计、优化与控制中急需解决的关键问题。项目运用柔性多体动力学理论,通过理论建模、模型对比和实验研究相结合,全面考虑浮式基础的刚体运动、拉索的大变形与迟滞特性、叶片刚柔耦合效应、叶片和塔架高阶模态耦合等耦合因素,提出整机刚柔混合系统完整的动力学建模方法。研究内容包括:整机系统中刚/柔部件的运动学性态与描述方法;叶片、塔架变截面结构的基于绝对节点坐标方法(ANCF)的单元模型和弹性力计算方法;张紧力作用下柔性拉索基于ANCF单元模型和动力学方程;刚/柔界面的动力学特性和系统的运动学约束方程;集成建立整机刚柔混合系统的动力学模型,通过数值计算研究上述因素对整机动力学行为的影响规律,进而从全局系统出发分析并揭示系统耦合振动机理。项目研究成果将为海上浮式风机的研发提供动力学分析的基础理论和方法,同时也将丰富和发展柔性多体动力学的理论研究与应用。

英文摘要: The integrated dynamic modelling of the rigid-flexible multibody system of floating offshore wind turbine is of great importance for the design, optimization,and control phase. Flexible multibody dynamics is applied to model the integrated wind turbine in this proposal. Considering its dynamic characteristics, such as the rigid body motion of the floating supporting structure, the large rotation and hysteresis effects of the soft mooring lines, the geometric stiffening effect of the blades, and the high-orde coupled vibration between the blades and the tower, the system complete dynamic modelling method is studied. The advanced modelling method is based on the absolute nodal coordinate method (ANCF), and verified by different model comparision and experiment research. This proposal convers the following aspects of dynamic modelling: the kinemtaic analysis and description of the integrated system betweent the rigid and flexible parts, the new ANCF finite element and elastic forces derivation for the tapered blades, the tower, and the tensioned mooring lines, the dynamic characters of the rigid and flexible boundary conditions and the constraint formulation, and the description of the glable equations assembly of the rigid and flexible parts.
