中文摘要: 非活化碳-氢键的选择性官能化已经成为现今非常重要的有机化学合成方法之一,而通过金属-卡宾诱导的碳-氢键插入反应能够有效的实现碳-氢键活化及其官能团化。本项目将应用此类反应,开发合成具有潜在生物活性的并环吡喃酮和并环吡啶酮类化合物的新途径以及高效的不对称合成方法,同时构建结构多样化的并环吡喃酮和并环吡啶酮化合物库。本项目的实施不仅为并环吡喃酮和并环吡啶酮类化合物的合成提供了新方法,而且对丰富有机化学合成方法具有重要的意义,同时为寻找并环吡喃酮和并环吡啶酮类活性先导化合物奠定基础。

英文摘要: Selective functionalization of nonactivated C - H bond has become one of the very important organic synthetic methodology. However the metal carbenoid-induced C - H insertion can efficiently achieve the C - H activation and functionalization. This project will develop a new approach and an efficiently asymmetric synthetic methodology to obtain fused pyran-ones and fused pyridin-ones with potential biological activities via C - H activation. The construction of structure-diversified compound libraries is another aim of this project. The project is not only for the synthesis of fused pyran-ones and fused pyridin-ones, but also for expanding organic synthetic methodolgy, and the resulted compound libraries can make the bases for screening against biological targets.
