中文摘要: 虽然现有研究大多证实创业团队外部社会网络对创新绩效会产生积极影响,但却并没有进一步解释"外部社会网络在什么情境下才能对创新绩效产生积极影响"。事实上,创业团队因缺乏明确的角色分工和沟通规范,导致团队成员在合作中更可能产生认知分歧、凝聚力低下、协调与整合困难等现象,这些团队内部动态会影响外部网络对团队创新的作用,结果使得两者间关系发生变化。同时,在创业团队演化的不同阶段,上述关系也会受到影响,在早期阶段对创新产生积极作用的外部网络可能在创业的中后期阶段发生变化或呈现不同的特征,对创新绩效的作用也不尽相同。基于此,我们试图通过第一手资料的积累和长期追踪研究,来系统地解释在创业团队演化过程中,外部社会网络与内部动态对其创新绩效的交互影响作用。本研究在理论上将创业团队外部网络和内部动态这两个研究分支进行整合,有一定的理论贡献与创新,同时对创业演化不同阶段的团队管理技巧也有着重要的实践启示。

英文摘要: Although most of the past research confirmed that entrepreneurial teams' external social networks have a positive effect on their innovation performance, there is no further explanation of "under what conditions will the external social networks affect innovation". In fact, entrepreneurial teams are more likely to have problems of cognitive divergence, low cohesion and coordination difficulties, and these internal dynamics will influence the effect of external social networks on innovation. Meanwhile, the evolution of entrepreneurial teams also influences the relationship between external social networks and innovation. The characteristics of social networks which positively affect innovation in early stages of evolution process may change over time and play a different role in innovation. So, we try to make a systematical understanding of how external social networks and internal dynamics jointly drive innovation of entrepreneurial teams during the evolution process by a longitudinal study. We can theoretically contribute to entrepreneurship research by combining the two streams of external social networks and internal dynamics, and give some practical suggestions of team managerial skills to entrepreneurial teams in different phases of evolution as well.
