中文摘要: 电子齿轮箱主要用于实现齿轮数控加工机床的展成和差动运动控制,其精度控制的效果直接决定了齿轮加工的优劣。本项目首先从齿轮的展成法加工工艺着手,结合电子齿轮箱控制模型及运动平台的结构模型,研究电子齿轮箱控制误差的产生机理,构建电子齿轮箱控制误差的估算模型;然后从几何理论角度将齿轮的几项关键精度评价指标与电子齿轮箱控制的各轴跟踪误差和同步误差建立数学关系,推导电子齿轮箱控制误差与齿轮展成加工误差之间的映射规律;最后,结合多轴交叉耦合控制的思想,确定各坐标轴对齿轮展成加工误差影响的权重系数,设计电子齿轮箱控制误差交叉耦合补偿模型,将电子齿轮箱控制误差按照各轴的权重比分配在各坐标轴上,从而提高电子齿轮箱的精度控制效果。. 项目研究成果为实现高速干式滚齿、强力刮齿、强力珩齿、蜗杆砂轮磨齿等齿轮加工机床的高速高精度运动控制,提供技术基础,同时也可用于与多轴耦合联动控制有关的各个领域中。

英文摘要: Electronic gearbox (EGB) is mainly used for realize the generative and differential motion control in the gear numerical control machine tools. The gear processing quality is directly determined by the control precision of the EGB. Firstly, the project is start with the generating processing technology. The mechanism of the EGB control error is studied, which is combined with the EGB control model and the motion platform model. Then the EGB control error estimate model is constructed. Secondly, the mathematical relationship of the several key precision evaluation indicators with the single axis tracking error and the synchronization error of the EGB is derived from the view of geometry theory. Then the mapping mechanism between EGB control error and gear machining error is derived. Finally, the weight coefficients of each axis impact on the gear generating machining error are determined, combined with the idea of multi-axis cross coupling control method. The cross coupling control compensation model of EGB error is designed, and the EGB control error is distributed on each axis according to the weight ratio, to improve the EGB control effect..The contributions of the project will be the technical basis of the high speed and high precision motion control of gear machining tools, such as high speed dry hobbing machine, power skiving machine, power honing machine and worm gear grinding machine. At the same time, the contributions of this project can also be used for many areas which are associated with the multi-axis coupling control.
