中文摘要: 为了研究人群时空接触行为对传染病时空传播造成的影响,本申请建立面向传染病的人群接触网络并对其结构特征进行研究。1)引入时间地理学中的时空路径概念,对停留在某个地点内的人群接触用活动节点描述,对移动路径上的人群接触用时空包围盒描述;2)采用无线定位技术获取人群时空行为数据,用SOM方法、信息素存储方法提取人群时空行为的模式(全局)以及特征(区域),在此基础上建立与现实相似的人群时空行为智能体模型;3)扩展人群接触网络为动态生成的加权网络,研究其网络结构对传染病动力学过程的影响;4)在医院内进行传染病模拟实验,研究不同控制措施情况下人群接触网络的参数改变对传染病模拟结果的影响。本研究引入无线定位数据到智能体模型中,将人群接触网络扩展为动态加权的网络,为传染病传播时空过程提供了新的研究手段,同时推进了地理信息科学中人群时空行为在虚拟环境和网络环境的研究。

英文摘要: In order to study the impact of human spatio-temporal contact behavior for the infectious disease spatio-temporal transmission, this research application establishes human contact network and studies its structual characteristics. The key points of this research application can be summarized as the followings: 1). The concept of space-time path in time geography is introduced in this application. With this concept, active station are used to describe the human contact behavior within a specific area, and space-time minimal bounding box is used to describe the human contact behavior in mobile paths. 2). Wireless positioning technologies are adopted to gather the data of human spatio-temporal behavior. SOM method and information pixel storage method are used to get the pattern (global) and characteristics (local) of human spatio-temporal behavior. Agent model of human spatio-temporal behavior similar to the reality is established based on the methods abovementioned. 3) The human contact network is enhanced to the dynamic weighted network and we will study the impact of network topologies to infectious disease transmission. 4) Infectious disease transmission experiments are conducted in hospital environment to study how parameter changes of human contact network with different control measures affects the simulatio
