中文摘要: 异构网络是4G通信网络的主流网络架构。随着网络中各类型基站的高密度部署,边缘小区用户间的干扰问题凸显,成为限制网络容量的瓶颈所在。本项目面对这一挑战,拟将干扰对齐技术应用于异构通信网络中,研究面向异构组网的空域非对称干扰对齐理论和技术方案。本项目拟在矩阵子空间投影理论指导下进行系统建模、算法设计和性能分析。创新之处在于利用异构网络中宏基站与小基站的内在"异构"特性,建立非对称干扰对齐数学模型,优化设计多天线传输矩阵和接收矩阵,提升网络容量自由度。本项目将在优化算法的基础上设计低复杂度低反馈开销的实用算法,并对算法在复杂度和性能之间的平衡取舍进行理论分析。本项目产出的空域非对称干扰对齐技术可望进一步降低边缘用户干扰、增强网络服务质量、提升异构网络容量。

英文摘要: Heterogeneous network (HetNet) is the main network architecture of fourth generation communication networks. Due to denser-deployed base stations (BS) with different functions in network, inter-cell interference becomes more serious and being the bottleneck of network capacity. Towards such a challenge, this project aims to apply interference alignment (IA) in HetNet with investigation on theory of spatial asymmetric interference alignment and design of corresponding technical shemes. Subspace projection of matrix theory is to be used for system modeling, algorithm design and performance analysis. The inherent "Heterogeneous" characteristics of HetNet from disparities betwee macro-BSs and small BSs motivate this work.By exploring such properties, the innovation lies in asymmetric IA mathematical modeling and optimization of transmit-receive matrix with multiple antennas for targets of increased degrees of freedom (DoF) for network capacity. Practical algorithms are further designed with low complexity and low feedback overhead by recurring to optimization tools with theoretical analysis for the balance between complexity and performance. The output of this project is expected to further decrease interference level among cell edge users, enhance service quality and improve network capacity for HetNet.
