中文摘要: 大规模天线技术具有极大提升系统容量、提高频谱和功率效率的优点,已被公认为未来移动通信系统中的关键支撑技术之一。在该技术环境下,随着天线数目极大增加,面向新一代移动通信网络的协作通信和干扰抑制面临着新的挑战。本项目考虑大规模天线技术与协作通信网络的融合,立足于探索有限维度大规模天线阵列下协作通信系统的信道容量,分析阵列天线数目、协作传输方式等对系统性能的影响,揭示不同协作方式下的可达传输速率。然后针对实际应用场景中导频干扰和硬件非匹配等非理想因素,提出低开销的大规模天线协作传输鲁棒性设计方法。进一步考虑大规模天线环境下的中继协作、同构协作及密集覆盖异构网络,利用高空间维度联合优化网络资源分配,抑制网络干扰,提升系统吞吐量。最后将采用经严格校准的系统级仿真平台进行验证。本项目将为大规模天线环境下的协作传输研究提供新的研究思路和理论指导,为新环境下协作传输优化设计和网络干扰抑制给予技术支撑。

英文摘要: Large-scale MIMO has been well acknowledged as one of the most essential techniques for next generation mobile communication systems due to its ability of dramatically improving the channel capacity along with the spectrum and power efficiency. With the increment of deployed antenna numbers, there emerge many challenges with respect to both cooperative transmission design and network interference control for future wireless systems. By focusing on the incorporation of large-scale MIMO in cooperative networks, this project aims at investigating the theoretical channel capacity, as well as achievable rate, of the system under a finite large number of antennas, hence characterizing the impacts of different system parameters including antenna number and cooperative schemes. Then, the effects of imperfect factors including pilot contamination and hardware impairments will be considered along with the robust design of low-overhead based cooperative transmission schemes using large-scale MIMO. Further by considering three different cooperative systems (i.e. relay cooperative, multi-cell cooperation, and dense heterogeneous networks), the problem of joint large-scale spatial and other resources allocation will be addressed for interference control and network performance enhancement. Finally, a carefully calibrated system-level simulator will be constructed for verification. We believe that the outcomes of this project will provide new theoretical results for the investigation on cooperative networks using large-scale MIMO, and also support the future applications of these techniques in terms of cooperative transmission design and interference control.
