中文摘要: 具有弯曲-扭转耦合效应的结构在风机叶片、机翼等结构上都有着十分广泛的应用。本项目针对传统对称复合材料弯曲-扭转耦合结构存在重量过大、耦合效应复杂的缺点,开展非对称复合材料弯曲-扭转耦合结构的设计方法研究。提出基于两种具有单一耦合效应的非对称复合材料的弯曲-扭转耦合结构设计方法;建立拉伸-扭转耦合无湿热翘曲/拉伸-剪切耦合无湿热剪切非对称复合材料的解析充要条件;提出一种解决弯-扭耦合结构强约束多目标优化问题的有效策略;分析非对称复合材料的稳定性,并对耦合效应进行试验验证。项目研究将形成非对称复合材料弯曲-扭转耦合结构设计的理论与方法体系,研究成果在风机叶片、机翼等弯曲-扭转耦合结构的设计方面具有广泛的应用前景。

英文摘要: Bending-twisting coupled structures have wide uses in many kinds of structures, for example, wind turbine blade and wing of aeroplane. Focusing on the deficiencies of bending-twisting coupled structure with symmetric laminates, such as heavy weight and complex couplings, this project studies the design method for bending-twisting coupled structure using asymmetric laminates. The design method for bending-twisting coupled structure using two kinds of asymmetric laminates with single coupling is proposed. The necessary and sufficient conditions for extension-twisting coupled hygro-thermally curvature-stable (HTCS) / extension-shearing coupled hygro-thermally shear-stable (HTSS) composites are established. An effective optimization approach for highly-constrained multi-objective bending-twisting coupled structure optimization problem is proposed. The robustness of the asymmetric laminates is analyzed. The couplings of the asymmetric laminates and bending-twisting coupled structure are verified through experiment method. This project will form the theoretical and methodological systems about the design of bending-twisting coupled structure using asymmetric laminates. The research achievements have broad application prospect in the structural design of wind turbine blade and wing of aeroplane.
