中文摘要: 本项目针对自由曲面索支撑空间网格结构设计和工程应用中的关键问题-自由曲面形态优化和新型半刚性节点设计-进行研究,目的是提供结构合理、种类更加丰富的自由曲面形式,推动我国玻璃采光顶结构产业向形式更新、技术要求更高的方向发展。研究内容包括三个方面:(1)根据其独特网格形状(平面四边形网格)、曲面形状(表面平移法生成)、网格形式(钢杆+柔性斜索)和节点形式(新型半刚性节点),建立适用于自由曲面索支撑空间网格结构的形态优化方法,创建出满足设计者要求的网格均匀、曲面光滑、形式美观的自由曲面;(2)新型半刚性节点研究,通过模型试验和数值模拟方法掌握其力学性能,确定节点细部构造和设计方法,进而开发具有自主知识产权的新型半刚性节点;(3)形态优化自由曲面结构静动力学性能研究;自由曲面结构形态优化过程中不同曲面状态整体模型试验。

英文摘要: This project focuses on key problems of free-form cable-braced grid shells in design and engineering applications, including shape optimization of free-form surfaces and new semi-rigid joints. It aims to provide more reasonably structured, more types and forms of free-form surfaces, and provide more creative space to the architects, promoting the development of glass roofs in our country to newer forms and higher technical requirements. The project is mainly on three aspects:(1) According to its unique grid shape (planar quadrilateral grid), surface morphology (by translation surface method), grid form (steels and crossing cables), and joints form (new semi-rigid joints), establish a optimization method which is suitable for free-form grid shells, and develop free-form surfaces which have uniform meshes, smooth surfaces, beautiful forms and meet the requirements of the designers; (2) Research on new semi-rigid joints. Through model tests and numerical simulations, studying their mechanical properties,giving their details and design procedures, and creating new type of semi-grid joints with own intellectual property;(3) Static and dynamic performances of structures after morphogenesis optimization; model tests of cable-braced grid shell in different surface states during morphogenesis optimization.
