中文摘要: 风灾调查显示,建筑结构的风致灾害主要表现为围护结构的风致破坏,主体结构风毁的现象非常鲜见。然而,大量实测和风洞试验结果表明,目前世界上主要国家的风荷载规范以及常用计算方法都可能低估了围护结构的风荷载。系统深入地开展围护结构风荷载的研究对减小逐年增加的风灾损失具有重要的实用价值和理论意义。 本项目拟以足尺模型实测和缩尺模型风洞试验得到的建筑表面风压系数测量结果以及气象部门提供的强风风速风向长期观测数据为依据,通过对建筑结构的风压系数在各风向的概率分布规律以及强风的风速风向联合概率分布特征的研究,给出给定超越概率的建筑围护结构风荷载的更合理更准确的计算方法和基本信息,并简化成易于工程使用的简化计算方法,使之在保证安全性的同时提供更加经济实用的风荷载设计数据,为相关荷载规范的修订提供依据。

英文摘要: Wind damage surverys indicated that the loss in windstorm is mainly made up with damage to claddings/components and it is unusual for main structures of a building to be destoried by strong wind. However,a lot of results of field measurements and wind tunnel tests indicated that most of load codes of major countries in the world and common used methods at present may underestimate the wind loads on claddings/components of buildings and structures. Study thoroughly and systematically on wind loads on claddings/components to reduce the loss in windstorm increasing year by year has important practical value and theoretical significance. ??Based on the wind pressure coefficient data from field measurements and wind tunnel tests and the long-term observation data of windstroms from meteorological departments, the probabilities both of the wind pressure coefficient on buildings or structures and strong wind will be anysized systematically in present study, and then the wind loads of claddings/components with a given exceeding probability will be calculated more reasonably and more accuratly. After then,a simplified method will be given to provide more economical and more secure wind load design data for claddings/components, which can provide the basic data for load code revision.
