中文摘要: 结构风效应不确定性研究是风工程领域具有挑战性的发展方向,也是当前国际风工程研究的热点课题之一。大跨屋盖结构的抗风问题具有特征湍流作用显著、多模态参振和多等效目标的特点,导致屋盖结构风效应具有很强的不确定性。通过本项目研究,构建结构风效应不确定性研究的理论框架;对典型形式大跨屋盖进行重复采样风洞试验,建立基于概率的风荷载数学描述模型;采用全局参数灵敏度分析方法考察荷载不确定性和结构自身参数随机性对结构风振响应的影响,建立结构动力极值响应的概率分布模型,实现对大跨屋盖结构风效应从简单的确定性分析到考虑各种随机因素的不确定性分析;在此基础上提出基于概率的围护结构和主体结构设计风荷载计算方法,为构建基于可靠度的结构抗风设计理论提供科学基础。

英文摘要: Wind effect uncertainty is an important development direction in the research of wind engineering field, which represents the inevitable trend of modern engineering design theory. Wind-resistant design of large-span structures is characterized as: complex time and spatial distribution of fluctuating wind; multi-mode vibration of wind-induced response; multiple equivalent objectives to calculate equivalent static wind load (ESWL), which makes the effect of uncertainties more significant. In this project, the research framework of wind effect uncertainty analysis is established. More than one thousand independent runs of wind tunnel experiments are carried out in order to obtain a large amount of independent samples. Then the probability model of wind pressure is proposed. Based on the repeated wind tunnel tests, global parametric sensitivity analysis is performed in order to quantify the strength and relevance of the inputs in determining the variation in wind-induced response. Further, the parameters of generalized extreme value distribution of the largest dynamic response on typical wind-sensitive structures are established.
