中文摘要: 实际系统的多种关系并存以及多个子系统相互作用的特征使得原有建立在单个网络基础上的网络理论面临重大的挑战。本项目以多层网络的视角,抓住一类典型的但以往单个网络无法刻画的实际系统,建立多层动态网络模型,根据实际背景提炼出具体的群体动力学问题进行研究,最后以神经元网络进行实证验证。具体的研究内容包括:存在多种关系的复杂系统的建模和全局同步分析;多层动态网络的实证验证。本项目试图真实的刻画实际系统,建立多层网络群体动力学和控制的理论框架。该项目融合了复杂网络、图论、控制理论等多学科交叉技术与知识,不管是从网络科学理论完善的角度,还是从应用角度来看,本项目都有重要的理论意义和广泛的应用前景。

英文摘要: Network theory in which previous work has focused primarily on analyzing single networks that do not interact with other networks meets great challenge due to the fact that many real world networks have multiple relations between unites or interact with and depend on each other. This project focuses on one typical complex system. First, the corresponding dynamic models are built from the perspective of multilayer networks. Then, the exact collective behaviors are identified and investigated. Finally, one empirical network: neuronal network is chosen to verify the developed theoretical results. Specifically, this work includes: modeling and global synchronization for systems with multiple relations, applications in one empirical network. The project aims at constructing realistic models of complex systems and establishing the theoretical framework for collective dynamic of multilayer networks. It covers an integration of multi-disciplinary research areas, including complex network, graph theory, control theory, and has theoretical importance and broad applications in network science.
