中文摘要: 研究表明,儿童身体尺寸对儿童乘员损伤有着显著的影响。然而,目前儿童假人或儿童模型通常是针对某一年龄平均身材的儿童开发,如3、6、10岁儿童假人/模型,导致儿童假人/模型不能全面评价儿童乘员约束系统对各年龄、各体型儿童的保护效果。本项目拟通过三维人体扫描和临床CT、MRI图像获取3至10岁儿童人体外部轮廓和解剖结构几何数据,运用主成分分析和多元回归分析方法建立儿童外部轮廓和解剖结构几何统计学模型;研究人体外部轮廓和解剖结构几何的精确定位方法;应用网格变形技术对基准儿童模型进行网格变形,得到高质量的儿童人体网格模型;通过文献研究以及模型与试验的对标研究拟合参数化儿童模型的材料参数方程,并验证模型的有效性,最终获得高精度的身体尺寸可连续变化的参数化儿童人体有限元模型。课题的研究成果可用于指导各年龄段参数化人体有限元模型的建立,并为研究儿童乘员损伤机理及优化儿童乘员约束系统安全性能提供有效工具。

英文摘要: Child body size has a significant effect on child injury. However, current child dummy or child model is based on child's average body size of a specific age, namely, 3-year, 6-year and 10-year child dummy or child model, from which child dummy/model fails to evaluate the child restraint system' protection on child occupant of various age and body size. This project aims to:1) collect 3-10 year-old child's external body contour data and anatomic structure geometry data through 3D body scan and clinical CT, MRI image; 2) develop the statistical model of child's external body contour and anatomic structure geometry data though principal component analysis and multiple regression analysis; 3) explore an accurate method for positioning body external contour and anatomic structure geometry; 4) apply mesh morphing technique on baseline child model to get a high-quality child human mesh model; 5) fit equation of material parameter and verify the model by means of literature review and the calibration between model and test. Finally, a high-accuracy parametric child finite element model with continuously changeable body size is developed. This research can give guidance to developing parametric human finite element model of different age group and can serve as an effective tool for child occupant injury mechanism research and optimizing child restraint system safety.
