中文摘要: 螺旋锥齿轮副传动系的装配质量是影响其工作性能的重要因素,项目针对螺旋锥齿轮副总成装配质量难以快速评判的问题,在已有研究成果及项目组前期研究工作基础上,进一步探索螺旋锥齿轮传动系耦合振动机理,研究螺旋锥齿轮传动系总成装配质量评价方法,特别是考虑随机装配误差的螺旋锥齿轮传动系总成质量的快速评价方法。 项目通过研究螺旋锥齿轮非线性动力学行为,进一步认识螺旋锥齿轮系统的啮合机理及装配质量影响因素;寻找螺旋锥齿轮振动信号的非线性特征提取和故障分类技术;以及对非线性特征量自动计算方法和计算速度进行优化。在此基础上,探索基于非线性特征的螺旋锥齿轮产品装配质量在线检测及故障诊断方法。项目的研究对于明确螺旋锥齿轮传动机理,提升螺旋锥齿轮工业应用水平都具有一定的理论和工程应用价值。

英文摘要: Assembly quality of Spiral bevel gears has a direct effect on working performance of transmission system. For the difficulty of fast evaluation to Spiral bevel gears Assembly quality, based on the existing research results and previous research of project team, Explores the couple vibration mechanism of spiral bevel gear transmission system, studies the assembly quality evaluation of spiral bevel gear transmission system, especially fast evaluation of spiral bevel gear transmissions quality considering the random assembling error. By studying the Nonlinear Dynamic Phenomena of spiral bevel gears, Understands the meshing mechanism of spiral bevel gears and influencing factors of assemble quality, Looks for effective method to nonlinear feature extraction and fault classification of spiral bevel gears vibration signals, studies the computation methods of nonlinear features automatically and optimizes the computation speed. Further, explores the online test and fault diagnosis of spiral bevel gears assemble quality based on nonlinear features. The implementation of this project has a certain theoretical and engineering value for clearing the transmission mechanism of spiral bevel gears and enhancing spiral bevel gear application level.
