中文摘要: 含有手性杂环骨架的高功能复杂分子是许多天然产物和药物分子的核心部分,从简单易得的起始原料通过串联反应高立体选择性地合成这类手性杂环化合物作为一个有力的工具,受到很多化学家的青睐。而最近,将有机小分子和过渡金属络合物结合起来的共催化方法已作为合成新的复杂分子的一个卓越有效的方法。因此,我们希望设计手性磷酸和过渡金属共催化的不对称串联反应来合成4-氨基苯并吡喃、吗啡啉-2-酮、2,3-二氢喹唑啉酮等一系列具有生理药理活性的手性分子。

英文摘要: Densely functionalized complex molecules bearing a chiral heterocycle architecture have been recognized as the core of many naturally occurring products and pharmacological agents of various therapeutic actions.The enantioselective cascade reaction has emerged as a powerful tool to assembly of these complex heterocyclic architectures from the simple and readily available starting materials.Recently,.the concept of combing organocatalysis and transition metal complexes has emerged as a preeminent strategy for developing new reactions and has been considered to be the state of the art for the enantioselective synthesis of complex molecules.In this regard,we herein wish to devise an efficient asymmetric cascade reaction to heterocyclic architectures such as 4-Aminobenzopyran, Morpholin-2-ones, 2,3- Dihydroquinazolinones and so on.
