中文摘要: 本课题以制造物流联动发展需求为背景,针对工业园区以及集团集群企业生产用地供给日益紧张、生产物流管理成本激增的问题,提出一套以"公共仓库"和"公共生产物流"为基础的"园区公共物流综合服务体系",并从决策层面入手,研究该体系下的生产调度与物料配送协同优化问题。首先,针对典型生产制造模式以及物流服务模式建立决策模型,并通过双层规划对模型进行整合,实现制造企业决策者与物流企业决策者之间的目标权衡。同时利组合型群体智能元启发算法,对双层规划中各层模型进行求解。引入多重触发机制的重调度,以保证联动决策在动态环境下的可执行性;并建立时间窗口锁定机制以控制重调度对系统造成的扰动。最后,将本项目的理论方法进行系统整合,形成一套面向制造物流联动的高级计划排程系统(APS),并通过理论驱动应用的模式在实际环境中对理论方法进行验证。

英文摘要: Motivated by the trend of Manufacturing-Logistic Integration, this project intends to solve the problems of land resources shortage and logistic cost increasing faced by Industrial parks and enterprises clusters. An "Industrial parks based public logistic service system" will be proposed, which consists of two major elements: public warehouse and public material transportation. The research questions will focus on the decision of operational level to achieve the synchronized scheduling of production and material distribution. The typical production scheduling and material transportation functions will be modeled with a Bi-level programming which can make trade-offs between different decision makers. Multiple population-based metaheuristic algorithms will be employed to solve the models. The hybrid rescheduling triggers and frozen time window mechanism will be involved in the solution, which can guarantee the feasibility and stability in the dynamic and stochastic environment. The methodologies will be encapsuled into a Manufacturing-Logistic based Advantage Planning and Scheduling (APS) system and will be tested in the real industrial case.
