中文摘要: 通过在氧化石墨烯(GO)片层表面引入功能基团,形成双功能性的、具有面对面组装功能的、纳米尺度的构建单元,它可以影响纳米结晶在其表面上的生长方式(JACS 2010, 132, 3270; JACS 2010, 132, 14487)。本项目研究功能化的GO在沸石合成中对结晶成核、生长的诱导规律。通过对GO片层表面功能化方式和水热合成条件的优化,控制沸石结晶的尺寸,得到纳米尺度的沸石结晶片层、或者结晶线,从而减小沸石内部孔洞的实际长度,提高催化反应中孔洞内部的传质效率。水热反应中,GO被还原,得到还原的氧化石墨烯(RGO),纳米沸石结晶和RGO片层构成一体,实现沸石在RGO片层上的负载。利用RGO易于形成二维薄膜和三维多孔结构的特性,探索制备新型固载型纳米沸石催化体系的新方法。

英文摘要: Introduction of functional groups onto the surfaces of graphene oxide (GO) sheets gives rise to bifunctional nano-scaled building blocks that can undergo face-to-face assembly. (JACS 2010, 132, 3270; JACS 2010, 132, 14487) In this proposal, we are aimed to study the effect of functionalized GO on the nucleation and growth of zeolite in hydrothermal reaction. By optimizing the functionalization approaches of GO sheets and conditions of hydrothermal reaction, the size of the zeolite crystals will be controlled, leading to nano-sized sheets or wires of zeolite crystals. Transportation path of reactants and product in the nano-sized zeolite crystals will be shortened, leading to enhanced efficiency of mass transportation. GO will also be thermally reduced into reduced graphene oxide (RGO) in hydrothermal reaction; in this process, nano-sized zeolite crystals will be combined with RGO sheets, leading to immobilization of nano-sized zeolite crystals on RGO sheets. Finally, we will explore new approaches for preparing novel immobilized catalyst systems of zeolite by taking advantage of the features that RGO sheets can be readily assembled into two-dimensional films and three-dimensional porous structures.
