中文摘要: 磷肥对于提高马铃薯的品质和产量具有重要的作用,了解马铃薯吸收和运输磷的分子机理,对于改良其利用磷的能力和提高其生物产量具有重要的现实意义。本研究将在分析现有的磷转运基因家族的基础上,确定马铃薯种PHT1基因家族成员,系统分析马铃薯的StPHT1基因家族的表达模式与耐磷胁迫及马铃薯发育的关系,阐明马铃薯StPHT1基因家族在吸收、转运再运输磷的分子机制,揭示StPHT1基因家族维持马铃薯磷平衡的机理,从而为马铃薯的育种及生产实践提供理论指导。

英文摘要: Phosphate fertilizer is very important to better the quality and yield of potato, so we would better to know the molecular mechanisms that potato how to absorb and transport phosphorus, It has realistic value for potato to improve the ability of utilize phosphorus and increase the biological yield. In this research, based on analysis of identified phosphate transporters, members of PHT1 family in potato would be confirmed, then the relationship between expression pattern of potato PHT1 gene and transportation of phosphate would be analyzed. Through our research, the demand of phosphate in different growth stage and oran, and the relativity between the ability of phosphate transporting and PHT1 gene expression level would be illuminated. Then expound the molecular mechanism in the field of the relationshio between the members of PHT1 family in potato and the ability of absorb, transport and re-transport phosphate. This research will reveal the the mechanism about members of PHT1 family how to keep the balance of phosphate in potato. All of this would be theoretical guidance in potato breeding and production.
