中文摘要: 纳米银粒子(AgNPs)作为一种广谱杀菌剂正广泛地应用于我们生活的各个领域。随着AgNPs的大量使用,该材料已经通过多种途径进入到土壤环境中,给土壤生物的生长带来了很大的威胁。AgNPs在土壤中的转化行为直接影响到AgNPs的生物毒性,因此本项目拟以AgNPs为研究对象,考察土壤重要有机质组分—胡敏素对AgNPs转化行为的影响。通过动态光散射、透射电镜、X-射线衍射、三维荧光、液态、固态13C核磁共振等技术对各反应阶段AgNPs的形态以及自然有机质官能团进行分析与表征,揭示AgNPs在胡敏素存在条件下的转化机理。该研究结果将为AgNPs在实际土壤体系里的转化行为提供良好的研究基础;同时也将为AgNPs在土壤中的环境风险提供更为合理的评价标准。

英文摘要: Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), well-known for their broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties, are widely used in our daily life. With the extensive use of AgNPs, these nano-materials have already been released into the soil environment through different ways and pose a threat to soil organisms. The transformation behavior of AgNPs is directly relevant to their biologic toxicity, thus the aim of this study is to investigate the effect of humin, an important component of the soil, on the transformation of AgNPs. To elucidate the transformation behavior of AgNPs being influenced by soil humin, a series of characterization methods, including DLS, TEM, XRD, XPS, EEM, solid and liquid 13C NMR, etc. , were applied. The results of this study will provide not only some critical experiences for further study which will be conducted in real soil, but some reasonable evaluation standard for the soil environment risks of AgNPs.
