中文摘要: 氧/燃料燃烧是近年来公认的煤的清洁高效利用特别是温室气体 CO2 减排的关键技术。湿式烟气再循环氧/燃料燃烧过程中,多次循环后的烟气中水蒸汽体积浓度显著增加,国际上已发表的研究结果表明高的水蒸汽对煤粉着火、火焰温度、污染物排放等有重要影响。以高水蒸汽浓度作为反应背景的湿循环氧/燃料燃烧,既不同于常规空气燃烧或者干式烟气循环氧燃烧方式,也不同于水蒸汽气化的反应条件。针对这种全新的反应环境,本项目拟研究湿烟气循环方式下水蒸汽对超细颗粒物形成机理的影响;探索湿烟气循环方式下水蒸汽对典型有毒重金属元素迁移机制的影响;揭示高水蒸汽浓度对炉内添加吸附剂脱除超细颗粒物和有毒痕量元素的影响。通过本项目的研究,可为氧/燃料燃烧及规模化碳捕获技术的发展与应用奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Oxy-fuel combustion has been recently recognized as a key technology for clean and effective utilization of coal, especially CO2 capture. During the progress of oxy-fuel combustion with wet recirculated flue gas, the volume concentration of steam increases significantly with cycles, and the results in the literature showed that the high concentration of steam has a substantial effect on the ignition of the pulverized coal, flame temperature, pollutant emissions and so on. The combustion mode of oxy-fuel combustion with wet recirculated flue gas under high steam concentration is different from the modes of the conventional air combustion or oxy-fuel combustion with dry recirculated flue gas. In addition, its reaction conditions are different from that for steam gasification. This research will investigate the effect of steam on the formation mechanism of ultrafine particles under the wet recirculated flue gas, which is a completely new reaction environment, to reveal the impact mechanism of high steam concentration on the removal of ultrafine particles and toxic trace elements through the additions of sorbents in the furnace. The outcomes of the research will establish a theory base for the development and application of scale-up of oxy-fuel combustion technology.
