中文摘要: TDI CCD电荷转移运动模型与像移补偿方法是高性能遥感相机研究中的核心内容,对提高我国遥感成像系统的建模精度与成像分辨率具有重要意义。现有的TDI CCD电荷转移运动模型不统一,且均与遥感相机实际成像结果存在一定的差异,这阻碍了对电荷转移运动规律深层次的认识与高精度像移补偿方法的研究。通过融合TDI CCD遥感相机宏观级与探测器芯片微观级成像技术,本项目旨在寻找一种能够全面、真实反映任意相位TDI CCD电荷转移运动规律的数学模型,在此基础上突破现有TDI CCD电荷转移时序约束,建立适合于电荷转移像移片上解决方案的时序驱动架构,在亚像元层面上研究以"真相位"技术为核心的电荷转移像移补偿方法,为进一步提高我国TDI CCD遥感相机性能提供坚实的理论基础与技术保障。

英文摘要: The TDI CCD charge transfer model and the corresponding motion compensation technique play a key role during the research process for the remote sensing camera. However, the existing models are inconsistent with each other, and the real imaging experimental results do not accord well with the theoretical analysis. Therefore, it leads to the ambiguous understanding on the charge transfer regularity and the corresponding motion compensation methods. Combining the TDI CCD imaging techniques both in the macro and micro fields, a mathematical formulation describing the TDI CCD charge transfer, which conforms to reality, will be proposed according to any phase timing. In addition, a new TDI CCD charge transfer structure will be developed considering the phase timing limitations, such that the motion compensation scheme could be implemented in the sensor itself. Moreover, the true phase motion compensation method will be presented in the sub-pixel level. We hope that the research will make a fundamental contribution for the high resolution TDI CCD remote sensing camera by providing the technical supports.
