中文摘要: 近年来,社会突发事件和自然灾害的频繁发生使得供应链装配系统供应环节不确定性大大增加。为了降低零部件库存运作费用,一些大型制造企业开始采用VMI-Hub来管理供应商补货,以此整合和优化供应资源。本项目在对国内汽车整车和零部件生产企业充分调研的基础上,分析VMI-Hub实现装配系统二维协同补货优势特性的前提条件和主要表现;研究VMI-Hub协同补货的绩效体系、方法和关键影响因素;从信息流、物流和资金流协调角度,探索协同补货供应商之间的横向信息共享与交换机制、库存转移时限决策方法和多重资金结算方式。从组织层协调角度,找出VMI-Hub中多部件库存控制与运输组织协调方法,提出协同补货中装配企业与供应商、3PL的关系与合作对策。本项目研究既能获得理论上的创新,又能为VMI-Hub实施协同补货提供切实可行的有效方法,适应了现有供应商和装配制造企业发展的需要,因此,有非常广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: In recent years, social emergencies and natural disasters have gradually increased supply uncertainty in the assembly system of supply chain. In order to reduce inventory costs of components, some large manufacturing companies begin to use VMI-Hub to manage vendor replenishment, integrate and optimize the supply resources. On the basis of fully investigation on domestic automobile and components manufacturers, this project will explore the main prerequisites and performances that VMI-Hub realizes the superioty of the two-dimensional collaborative replenishment in assembly system. Besides, system performances, methods, and key factors of collaborative replenishment with VMI-Hub will be also considered. From the perspective of coordination between information flow, logistics and capital flow, horizontal information sharing and exchange mechanism of collaborative supply between suppliers, and decision-making method of inventory transferring period will be investigated, as well as multiple fund settlement ways. With the consideration of organizational coordination, collaborative methods of transportation organization and multiple components inventory control will be examined. Moreover, collaboratvie policies will be proposed to inprove the relation between the assembler, suppliers and 3PL in this collaborative replenishment. Our project can not only obtain the theoretical innovation, but also provide practical effective methods for collaborative replenishment with VMI-Hub in assembly system, which adapts to development needs of suppliers and assembly manufacturing enterprise with a very broad application.
