中文摘要: 本研究将具有荧光性质的金属纳米团簇(直径小于1.5nm)与具有LSPR效应的金属纳米颗粒(直径小于100nm)阵列结合在微电极阵列上,形成M-NCs/M-NPs A/SAM/MEA结构的新型光寻址生化传感器。本申请计划在传感模型研究的基础上,对传感器的结构与工艺制作流程进行设计与优化,搭建对应的光寻址生化传感测量平台,最终研制成M-NCs/M-NPs A/SAM/MEA结构的光寻址生化传感器。之后对其传感特性进行深入研究,并利用该系统进行多种生化量的检测应用,验证器件的优越性与实用性。相比传统的硅基或基于量子点的光寻址生化传感器,本申请提出的光寻址生化传感器不仅具有超高芯片分辨率,较高的系统分辨率,更高的灵敏度,更快的响应速度,更低的检测限和更广泛的检测对象等优势,而且具有更好的工艺兼容性和无毒环保等实用性优点。本研究可为多通道生化传感器以及纳米光电生化传感应用提供新的思路与借鉴。

英文摘要: In this study, fluorsecent metal nanoclusters (size<1.5nm) and metal nanoparticles(size<100nm) array with LSPR property are combined on the micro electrode array to make M-NCs/M-NPs A/SAM/MEA structure based light-addressable biochemical sensors with ultra-high spatial resolution. In this proposal, the sensing theoretical model will be studied first. Then the structure of sensors and fabrication processes will be given and optimized. Thirdly, the new light-addressable biochemical sensors with M-NCs/M-NPs A/SAM/MEA structure and coressponding light-addressable measurement system will be developed for further multi-channel biochemical detections. Finally, the characteristics of sensors will be tested and different biochemical detections will be achieved by our Light-addressable sensors. Compared to traditional silicon-based and QDs-based light-addressable biochemical sensors, the new light-addressable sensor designed by us here have many advantages,such as:ultra-high spatial resolution of sensor chips which will be lower than micrometers to hundreds of nanometers, higher spatial resolution of sensor system, higher sensitivity, faster response speed, lower limit of detection and more detectable biochemical molecules.What's more, it has better compatibility in fabrication and less toxicity in detection, which lead to better practicability. This study could provide new thoughts for multi-channel biochemical detection and nanomaterials based photoelectrochemical sensors.
