中文摘要: 传染性疾病是危害人类健康、导致死亡的重要原因,针对目前常用病原微生物检测方法在许多情况下不能满足快速诊断及传染病预报要求的问题。本课题拟将新型纳米材料水溶性氧化石墨烯引入到病原微生物光学生物传感器的研究中,充分利用其良好的生物相容性、超强的荧光猝灭能力以及对单链DNA强的表面吸附能力,构筑基于氧化石墨稀的病原微生物光学纳米生物传感器,建立一种能简便、快速、特异性、超高灵敏检测病原微生物的分析方法和技术手段,此研究对于及时、准确地预报和预警传染病以及进一步拓展氧化石墨烯纳米生物传感器的应用领域具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Infectious disease is the important reason which cause human health hazards, and lead to death. At present, the commonly used methods for the detection of pathogenic microorganisms can not meet the need of rapid diagnose and forecast of infectious disease in many cases. This project will use the new nanomaterials-graphene oxide in optical biosensor, utilizing its good biocompatibility, the ultra-fluorescence quenching property and strong adsorption ability for single strand DNA, constructing a graphene oxide-based optical nanobiosensor for pathogenic microorganisms detection, and establishing a simple, rapid, specific, high sensitive analytical method and technology for pathogenic microorganisms detection. This research work have important theory significance and application value in promptly, accurately forecasting and pre-warning of pathogenic microorganisms and further broaden the application area of graphene oxide nanobiosensor.
