中文摘要: 异丁烷/丁烯烷基化是重要的工业反应过程,改善催化剂寿命是固体酸催化工艺面临的关键问题。催化剂的表面特性直接影响催化剂寿命。本项目通过在层柱式沸石分子筛MCM-36上负载强酸性离子液体以改善催化剂的反应特性和寿命。利用MCM-36的介孔特性有效改善传递特性,通过改变离子液体结构调变催化剂表面的疏水性和吸附特性,通过改变离子液体的酸性基团和负载量调变催化剂的酸密度和酸强度,实现对催化剂表面局部区域反应物组成的调控,以控制反应进行的方向和程度,抑制聚合等副反应、强化氢负离子转移反应,提高选择性,改善催化剂的反应特性与寿命。阐明固体酸表面异丁烷/丁烯/异辛烷吸附特性和酸强度分布的调节机制和催化剂表面反应物组成的分布规律。揭示反应特性的调变原理,探明酸强度、酸密度、吸附特性参数等对催化剂寿命的作用规律和催化剂寿命的改善机制,实现催化剂寿命的可预测性。探明催化剂的再生方法,获得高效长寿命的新型催化剂。

英文摘要: Isobutane/butene alkylation is an important industrial process. The improvement of the catalyst life is a key challenge for the isobutane/butene alkylation on the solid-acid catalysts. The catalyst life depends directly on the surface features. In this project, a new catalyst will be designed with grafting superacidic ionic liquid on the MCM-36 pillared zeolites to improve the catalytic reactivity and catalyst life. The diffusibility of reactants and products will be improved by the mesoporous characteristics of MCM-36. The hydrophobicity and the adsorptive properties of isobutane/1-butene on the catalyst surface can be adjusted by changing the structures and the chain length of ionic liquids. The tunable concentration and strength of acid sites can be achieved by varying the ionic liquid loading and the acidic groups. The local concentration distribution of the reactants on the catalyst surface can be tuned by adjusting the absorption properties and hydropobicity. Hence, the reaction direction and degree can be controlled to inhibit side reactions and to enhance the hydride transfer for improved selectivities, together with the improved reactivity and catalyst life.
