中文摘要: 重症肌无力(MG)是自身免疫性疾病,中医药对本病的治疗有确切的疗效,但在中医证候分型上缺乏统一的认识,尚无MG规范的中医证候诊断标准,目前MG的中医证候研究大多样本量较小,研究方法多采用经验辨证等主观性较强的方法,很难客观地反映其证候的特征,这限制了中医药治疗MG的研究。近年来,证候研究在方法学上有了很大的提高,采用多学科融合、交叉的思路,依托应用数学方法的优势,建立中医证候模型,能够从一定程度上体现中医的思维方式,反应证候的特征。数据挖掘技术以其善于构建复杂非线性系统的优势,在中医证候研究领域逐渐受到关注。本研究在中医理论指导下,通过回顾及前瞻性研究,采用流行病学调查的方法,在广州、海口地区进行大样本的MG中医证候学观察,运用随机森林法构建中医证候模型,分析MG中医证候学规律,结合专家经验辨证,探讨构建MG中医证候诊断模型,为构建中医网络诊疗模块及疗效评价系统的研究奠定前期基础。

英文摘要: Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease, Chinese medicine has definite advantage on the treatment of this disease, but there is no the unified understanding of the TCM syndromes. At present, there is no MG specification of TCM diagnostic standard. Currently, studies of syndromes TCM of MG are mostly small sample size,and study method is adopted experience of syndrome, which is of subjectivity, and difficult to objectively reflect the characteristics of the syndrome. In the above background, these limit the study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of MG. In recent years, syndrome research in the methodology has been greatly improved. There is the conventional thought by using a multi-disciplinary, cross train of discipline,and the advantage of applied mathematics to establish the model of TCM syndrome. The method is to a certain extent, reflecting the traditional Chinese way of thinking, and characteristics of syndromes. Data mining techniques have the advantage on construction of the complex nonlinear system, which is be gradually attention in TCM syndrome research. Through the retrospective study and prospective study, the study will adopt the method of clinical epidemiology, through the observation of a large sample of MG syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangzhou, Haikou area, and use random forest(RF) to construct the model of TCM-syndrome of MG. Through the study,we can analysis of TCM syndrome rule of MG. By combining expert experience and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, we will explore the establishment standardized diagnostic model of TCM-syndrome of MG,laying the preliminary foundation for the research of evaluation system of TCM diagnosis on-line module and efficacy.
