中文摘要: 本项目的研究将主要集中于功能梯度压电材料的热电弹耦合接触与摩擦滑动失稳分析。主要内容包括:功能梯度压电材料覆层结构的二维热电弹性无摩擦接触问题,考虑几类典型刚性压头的导电/绝缘属性以及"理想接触"和"非理想接触"条件;功能梯度压电材料覆层结构的二维热电弹性摩擦滑动接触及失稳分析,考虑摩擦热的影响以及动力学效应;功能梯度压电材料覆层结构的三维轴对称热电弹性摩擦旋转接触及失稳分析;进一步研究功能梯度压电材料覆层结构热电弹性摩擦滑动失稳所导致的接触面粘着-滑移运动。主要目的是:考查热电弹性参数梯度变化的不同形式对热电弹性接触特性的影响,研究如何通过改变热电弹性参数梯度变化的形式调节接触应力分布、表面电荷分布、表面温度分布、物体间热量流动,提高热电弹性滑动的稳定性,改善热电弹性接触损伤,实现智能结构表面抗热电接触损伤和滑动失稳的优化设计等。

英文摘要: This project will study the thermo-electro-elastic contact and frictional sliding instability of functionally graded piezoelectric materials (FGPMs). The following contact and instability problems will be investigated: 2D thermo-electro-elastic frictionless contact of FGPM layered half-plane acted by the rigid insulting or conducting punches with the perfect and imperfect contact conditions; 2D thermo-electro-elastic frictional contact and instability between two sliding FGPM layered half-plane with consideration of the frictional heating and dynamical effects; axisymmetric contact and instability between two rotating FGPM coated half-plane; and the stick-slip motion between two FGPM layered half-plane induced by the frictional sliding instability. The aim of this project is to understand the mechanism of modifying the thermo-electro-elastic contact damage and controlling the frictional sliding instability by using FGPMs. The effects of the material gradients on the surface contact stresses, surface electric charge, critical speed, heat-exchange and temperature distribution will be discussed. The results are relevant to the applications of FGPMs in improving the resistance to thermo-electro-elastic contact damage and frictional sliding instability in intelligent structures and devices.
