中文摘要: 纳米生物技术使复杂、微弱生命信息的获取方法得到发展,但在多蛋白质或疾病相关生物标志物的高灵敏、高通量检测方面尚未有明显进展。在基金项目20875044的资助下,本项目结合我们在纳米生物技术、免疫分析与DNA检测等方面的研究工作积累,利用纳米组装技术,制备了一系列构建导电性高、生物相容性好、结构稳定的多孔纳米材料、纳米杂化材料、新型分子印迹纳米粒子和量子点;设计了多种信号放大新策略,研制了响应速度快、灵敏度高的电化学、化学发光、电致化学发光、荧光与扫描成像生物传感器;建立了多种高灵敏、高通量的多组分生物标志物的分析新方法,并提出了肿瘤细胞表面糖基与细胞内microRNA检测的原创性方法。这些系列性成果在SCI刊物发表论文72篇,其中影响因子大于3刊物62篇,大于5刊物43篇,申请发明专利2件,并出版英文专著1部、专章1篇,在国际会议作特邀或大会报告19次,全国性会议作邀请报告7次,并获教育部自然科学一等奖1项、江苏省科技进步奖二等奖与中国分析测试协会科学技术奖一等奖各1项,合作获得江苏省科技进步奖一等奖1项。一些工作已被广泛引用,其中2篇论文已分别被引66次和62次.

英文摘要: Although some methods to obtain complex and weak life signals have been developed due to the application of nanobiotechology, the development of highly sensitive and highthroughput methods for detection of multianalyte such as proteins or disease biomarkers have yet been its early stage. With the support of fund 20821063, this project prepared a series of porous nanomaterials, nanocomposites, new molecularly imprinted nanoparticles and quantum dots with high conductivity, good biocompatibility and steady structure, designed several strategies for signal amplification, manufactured novel electrochemical, chemluminescent,electrochemiluminescent, fluorescent and scanometric imaging biosensors with rapid response and high sensitivity, and proposed several highly sensitive and high-throughput analytical methods for multianalyte by combining nanoassembly technology with our research accumulation in nanobiotechology, immunoassay and DNA analysis. This project also presented several originally creative methods for detection of cell surface carbohydrates and intracellular microRNA. These works have published 72 papers in SCI journals, including 62 papers in journals with IF>3.0 and 43 papers in journals with IF>5.0, applied for 2 China patents of invention, published 1 English books and 1 English book chapter. This project presented 19 invited lectures in international conferences and 7 invited talks in 7 national conferences. This group won the first-grade award in Natural Science from Ministry of Education of China, one the first-grade award (as a coworker) and one the second award in Scientific and Technological Progress from Jiangsu province, one the first-grade award in Science and Technology from Chinese Association for Instrumental Analysis. Some works have been extensively cited by SCI journals, and two papers have been cited for 66 and 62 times.
