中文摘要: 本研究计划旨在利用透射电子显微镜三维重构的方法进行聚丙烯釜内合金初生粒子微观结构的三维重构研究。采用不同三维重构软件,运用投影法图像重建理论重构初生粒子中的相界面形态。研究计划将着重研究传统Ziegler-Natta催化剂和新型复合催化剂合成的釜内合金初生粒子生长机理以及相结构,明确不同催化剂对釜内合金相结构影响规律,从纳米或亚微米尺度阐明釜内合金聚合物小球的增长机制。研究将关注釜内合金分相行为与温度的关系,对其相分离后相形态以及相界面结构进行三维重构研究。还将研究聚丙烯釜内合金低温韧性差别显著的釜内合金产品冲击断裂处相界面的三维结构,加深对聚丙烯釜内合金的低温韧性的物理本质的理解。本研究对揭示聚丙烯釜内合金的力学性能特征与微观结构的关系具有重要意义。对聚丙烯釜内合金的分子设计、组分设计及相结构控制具有指导意义。此外,本项目的成果可为三维重构的方法在高分子体系中的应用奠定基础。

英文摘要: This work aims to use the method of tomography of transmission electron microscopy research the microstructure of the nasent high impact polypropylene particles. The main study is reconstruct the interface morphology by the projection of image with different three-dimensional reconstruction software. Research program focus on traditional Ziegler-Natta catalyst and a single granule multicatalyst reactor in the growth of the nascent particles, obtained the disciplinarian from the structure of the polypropylene alloy with different catalyst, from sub-micron or nanometer-scale to get the growth mechanism of the nascent polypropylene alloy particles. Will also study the polypropylene reactor alloy phase separation with different pressure and, after its separation interface morphology and structure. Compare the three-dimensional structure of the morphology of cryo-fracture, deepen the understanding of polypropylene alloy in the low-temperature toughness. This study will reveal the relationship between microstructure and the mechanical properties of the polypropylene alloy. In addition, the results of this project will increase three-dimensional reconstruction applications on polymer system.
