中文摘要: 突发干扰影响下考虑外包的重调度联合优化问题在制造型企业的日常运作管理中具有现实背景和实际需求,但目前尚未引起足够的学术关注。为此,本项目致力于研究不同机器配置类型与外包运作条件下,响应常见突发干扰的生产重调度与外包联合优化问题(ROIOP)。在具体研究过程中,拟首先根据干扰属性与客观外包条件,通过在初始调度目标函数值、重调度稳定性与外包成本三者间进行折衷处理,对所关注的ROIOP构建数学规划模型;继而在证实所建模型的计算困难性、优化性质、求解规则的基础上,通过系统融合和声搜索与变邻域搜索技术设计并实现依赖ROIOP特征的有效优化方法;最后,借助计算实验、仿真与实证调研手段,分析、验证所开发混合优化方法的有效性、优越性与实用性。本项目的研究成果可在一定程度上拓展重调度优化理论与方法体系,其应用有望提升制造型企业在扰后重调度与外包选择集成运作实践中的科学决策水平。

英文摘要: Rescheduling integrated optimization with an outsourcing option subject to an unanticipated disruption has practical background and actual needs in the daily operation management of manufacturing enterprises. However, this issue still has not drawn considerable academic attention to date. To accommodate this, this research project focuses on several Rescheduling and Outsourcing Integrated Optimization Problems (ROIOP) under various configuration types and outsourcing conditions in response to the common unexpected disruptions. In the specific course of the study, according to the nature of disruption and the objective conditions of outsourcing, mathematical programming model is formulated first for the concerned ROIOP in the pursuit of the tradeoff between the original scheduling objective, rescheduling stability and the total cost of outsourcing. Afterwards, with the proof of the computational difficulty, optimal properties and solution rules of the formulated model, effective ROIOP-specific optimization method is developed and implemented by the systematical hybridization of harmony search and variable neighborhood search techniques. Last but not the least, effectiveness, superiority and applicability of the developed hybrid optimization method are analyzed and validated by means of computation experiments, simulations and empirical investigations. The achievements of this project could enrich the theory and methodology of rescheduling optimization to some extent, and its application in industry is expected to further raise the scientific decision-making level of manufacturers in the joint operation practices of rescheduling and outsourcing selection after disruptions.
