中文摘要: 鉴于吲哚菁绿(ICG)作为临床造影剂的几个缺陷:(1)体内清除率快,(2)光、热稳定性差(3)缺乏靶向性。本课题基于前期研究基础,通过成熟掌握的双乳化技术,采用PLGA高分子成膜材料,针对乳腺癌细胞成熟靶点叶酸配体、ICG近红外光学吸收性能,制备一种集超声成像、光声成像、光热治疗于一体的诊疗一体化靶向多功能分子探针,在解剖、细胞和分子水平为乳腺癌提供超声、光声双模态生物医学信息的基础上,还可在两种成像模式下实现乳腺癌可视化光热治疗,并在体监控治疗效果,为乳腺癌的在体早期诊断、无创治疗提供新的思路。

英文摘要: As a contrast agent for clinical application, indocyanine green (ICG) has been seriously limited by its defects: rapid clearance from the body, poor stability under light and temperature, lack of targeting. Based on previous studies, in this project, we will developed a diagnosis and therapy probe through double emulsion technique based on near-infrared optical absorption properties of ICG. This multifunctional probe will provide dual-modality imaging biological medical message, at the same time, this probe will mediate photothermal therapy under these two imaging systems for breast cancer and monitor treatment effect. This multifunctional probe will provide a new way for early diagnosis and non-invasive treatment of breast cancer.
