中文摘要: 本课题拟开展全新的铯原子四能级量子系统的双波长好坏腔共腔的主动光钟的机理和实验研究。用455nm和459nm不同激光泵浦比对,在主动光钟的双波长谐振腔中加入专门设计的 He-Ne激光器件或其他激光增益,实现双波长共腔同时输出且共用同一谐振腔的主动光钟系统。其中好腔激光的波长工作在好腔范围,并采用PDH稳频方案将好腔激光输出线宽压窄到1 Hz量级实现主动光钟谐振腔腔长的锁定。同时,铯原子四能级主动光钟1470 nm输出波长工作在坏腔范围,从而实现腔牵引效应的弱化将谐振腔的长度噪声降低20倍。这样,作为主动光钟钟跃迁信号的1470 nm输出将在PDH稳频的基础上,利用主动光钟的腔牵引效应弱化机制,发挥特色,以频率信号输出稳定性能优于1X10^-15T^-1/2,T(Tao)大于等于1秒小于等于100秒,从而为最终实现1E-18量级的频率不稳定度打下坚实的基础。

英文摘要: Active optical clock with dual-wavelength good-bad cavity at dual-wavelength will be studied in this project. 455 nm and 459 nm pumping lasers will be both employed. A He-Ne laser device or other laser gain media will be installed in the cavity of 1470 nm active optical clock and then good-cavity laser output and 1470 nm bad-cavity output will be obtained. The good-cavity laser output frequency is stabilized with PDH technique and the linewidth is planned to be reduced to the order of 1 Hz. The cavity length of the active optical clock is then locked. Then the output linewidth of 1470 nm bad-cavity active optical clock will be further reduced to a stability of 1X10^-15T^-1/2 , 1s<=T(Tao)<=100s, for the cavity-pulling effect is expected to be suppressed by about 20 times,preparing for improving the frequency stability to the order of 1E-18.
