中文摘要: 海洋平台结构实测动力响应各阶模态在时间上表现出明显的非连续性,选取不同分析时段其结果亦将不同;同一模态参数识别方法因其参数选取不同亦导致分析结果不具可比性。本项目拟开展基于复指数形式的实测信号分解与重构方法研究,开展基于Prony序列的海洋平台非稳定实测动力响应时频分析方法研究,克服Fourier变换在信号处理时的漏频问题,以及为提高实测信号分辨率而增加实测信号测试时间而与模态参数在时间上连续性相冲突的问题。在此基础上开展环境激励条件下海洋平台模态参数同标准推演方法研究,克服实测信号因环境噪声而导致的不同环境工况其核心矩阵维数不相等问题。海洋平台物理模型将在海洋工程山东省重点实验室进行其对应工况的模型试验,以检验发展算法的可行性。最终实现海洋环境条件激励下海洋平台不同环境工况的物理模型试验所得模态参数同标准评估与推演,服务于拟建海洋结构设计参数优化以及建成结构的整体动力性能分析。

英文摘要: Different modes appears to be non-contineous for dynamic resopnse of offshore platforms, which means one will obtain different results using different segments of the response. Meanwhile, comparability of modal parameters could not be guarantteed when different parameters were used even for a same modal parameter identification method. Therefore, a signal isolation and reconstruction method will be firstly studied by expressing meansured signal into exponential type, then frequency-time analysis method will be studied as well based on prony series, to overcome the leakage and resolution problems of traditional Frourier transform. At last the evaluation and inverse estimation of modal parameters from experimental results will be studied to solve the problem that the dimention of cernel matrix are different, which means modal parameters from diffent scenarios using the the same modal prameter identification method could be compared based on a same creteria.A scale offshore platform will be tested in Key Ocean Laboratary of Shandong Provence to study the feasiblity of proposed methods. Achievements will improve the accuracy of modal parameters estimation of the structure to be built from experimental results, and contribute to dynamic analysis of real offshore platforms.
